Getting a License

First things first, you will need to have an account on our site. You can read more about our site here.

Once you've registered, you should then be able to access your Account's Products Page (if not, make sure that you are logged in first). From this page, you can review your active Vape Client licenses,

After logging in, you will need to have a license for one of our products to go any further.

Accepted Payment Methods​

As of the time this document was written, we currently support the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (via Stripe or PayPal)
  • PayPal balance
  • Crypto, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and more (all via Stripe on checkout)

Alternative Payment Methods​

If you do not have access to any of our officially supported payment methods, you might still be able to purchase Vape. We currently accept the following as alternatives:

Note that these alternative payment methods are not instant, and require manual processing on our end which can take up to 24 hours. In most cases we're also unable to process refunds for purchases made with these alternative payment methods, so proceed with that in mind and contact support for any questions first.

After Purchase​

Once you've purchased a license for Vape, you can then download the executable files from the products page.

Access will be immediately granted as soon as the payment provider confirms the transaction. This is almost always instant.
