Can't Log In
If you're having trouble logging into your Vape account, follow these steps.
"My Account Was Deleted"
We don't delete accounts. If you can't log in, you're likely entering the wrong credentials.
The vape.gg website, forums.vape.gg, and your Minecraft account are three completely separate accounts on different databases. The login details for each only match if you manually reused the same email/username/password when creating them.
The account you need for the Vape launcher is your vape.gg account - the same login you use at vape.gg/login.
If you're not sure which email you used, check old inboxes for a welcome or purchase confirmation email from Vape. You can also try logging into vape.gg with different email addresses you may have used.
Step 1: Reset Your Password
If you've forgotten your password or it's not working:
- Go to Reset Password
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for the reset email
- Click the link and create a new password
Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the reset email within a few minutes. If you still can't find it, contact support.
Step 2: Check for Typos
Make sure you're using the exact email you registered with. Common mistakes include:

- Extra spaces
2FA Issues
If you can't get past two-factor authentication:
- Make sure your authenticator app time is synced correctly
- Try the backup codes you saved when setting up 2FA
- If you've lost access to your authenticator, click "Lost Device" at the bottom of the 2FA prompt. This will start a process to disable 2FA on your account, which takes 7 days to complete.
